This full-time role is dedicated to providing high-quality virtual mental health services to our clients across Georgia. In this position, you will engage directly with individuals and families, delivering compassionate psychological support and counseling via telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Perform thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to accurately gauge mental health needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Provide crisis intervention services remotely, offering immediate support to clients facing urgent mental health crises.
  • Assist clients in navigating a variety of online resources and connecting them with additional services and community support, such as local housing programs or substance abuse treatment.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers in our network to ensure integrated and continuous care for clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to privacy laws and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Educate clients about coping strategies and mental health tools to enhance their resilience and overall well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on individuals and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, and the LCSW will play a crucial role in forming therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical mental health or social services.
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Proficient in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems for patient management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a virtual practice effectively with a reliable high-speed internet connection and professional workspace.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience delivering telehealth services or remote support to clients.
