We are looking for experienced transportation administrations to join our team in Delta! EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A SUFFERANCE WAREHOUSE WITH THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF CBSA RULES REGULATIONS AND BONDED FREIGHT IS MANDATORY The pay rate ranges from $20-24/hour, based on experience. Weekly pay every Friday! Responsibilities: - Responsible for the accurate and efficient process of data entry, load planning, coordinating transload shipments. - Creating freight bills offload manifests - Monitoring inbound overseas containers/shipments via ports online portal. - Load planning for upcoming shipments - Scanning and uploading paperwork into our inhouse system. - Manage customers' accounts and keep them posted with all required updates. - Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly. - Prepare consolidated report and manifests file all relevant documents for respective customers. Qualifications Key Competencies: - 1 year experience working with a 3PL or warehouse in the transportation department. - Transportation knowledge and experience - Experience with SAP or similar Warehouse Management Systems - Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English. - Good analytical and mathematical skills - Strong organizational skills: attention to detail is crucial.
