Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Completion of state-approved LPN education program and current state LPN license or compact license.

  • BLS and CPR certifications 

  • 1-2 years of recent nursing home experience preferred, but not required.

  • Proficient computer skills, especially with data entry. PCC experience preferred

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift patients and medical equipment. 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
