Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients through virtual consultations, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs utilizing best practices and evidence-based modalities.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies, ensuring that these techniques are effectively adapted for a remote delivery format.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using secure digital platforms.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary treatment team—comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists—through regularly scheduled virtual meetings.
• Actively participate in peer supervision and case consultation meetings utilizing video conferencing technology to enhance treatment quality and clinical skills.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, promoting awareness and understanding.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in webinars and virtual training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
