Key Responsibilities

As a virtual LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Providing therapy through various modalities, including video sessions, audio communications, and interactive journaling, tailored to fit each client's preferences.
• Utilizing clinical judgment to implement therapeutic interventions that promote mental health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily involve working with stable, low acuity adults facing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship problems. We ensure that therapists are connected only with suitable clients by screening patients in advance, allowing you to focus your expertise where it is most needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• An unencumbered and independent LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A reliable internet connection, along with a functional computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. Additionally, we provide:
