Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Provide crisis intervention and support by offering timely referrals and resources as needed.
• Maintain precise and HIPAA-compliant documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health records system.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings to continually improve therapeutic practices.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, as well as families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. As a licensed clinical social worker, you will focus on fostering resilience and supporting clients in their journey towards healing and wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License in Arizona.
• Strong technical skills with confidence in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and maintaining electronic documentation.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration in a team-oriented environment and independent work.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, essential for teletherapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
