We’re looking for a creative Interior Design & Sales Associate to wow clients with our personal service and state-of-the-art technology, build lasting relationships, and engage with a passionate, design-forward team. What You’ll Do:
· Design beautiful, functional spaces for clients
· Create floor plans and presentations using 3D Room Planner
· Deliver exceptional customer service and close sales
· Keep our showroom fresh, stylish, and on-trend
What We’re Looking For:
· Interior design and sales experience or a degree preferred
· Strong communication and people skills
· Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a busy setting
· Weekend/holiday availability

Compensation
Our Design Consultants are paid a recoverable draw typically ranging from $54,900 to $70,000 annually based on written sales. The potential income for our experienced Design Consultants averages $70,000-$115,000 per year, with our top writers making $200,000 per year or more.
