About the Role
Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Medium-Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
  • Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
  • Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
