Job description

HB NEXT, a regulatory compliance firm (www.hbnext.com) is seeking a Safety Consultant to join our team in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, extremely ethical, and able to work in an intense and demanding construction environment. Position demands high performance and results. Able to inspect, teach, train and consult clients in the construction industry. Travel throughout the southeast with some night and weekend travel may be required.

Requirements: 

  • Applicant must have 5 - 10 years Commercial / Industrial construction experience, including safety experience as a superintendent or project manager.
  • A current OSHA OTI-500 is required
  • A current OTI-501 is a plus.
  • Flexibility a must, position is not an 8-5 job. 
  • Qualified applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and a 50 state – 15 year background check.
