Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (RN) - Workers' Compensation

Location: Las Cruces, NM
Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday

Ready for a rewarding RN career outside of bedside care? Join a team supporting injured employees through recovery, coordinating medical care, and advocating for the best possible outcomes while working closely with physicians, employers, and claims professionals. This highly independent, field-based role lets you build lasting relationships and make a real impact every day.

This is primarily a field-based position. Once your caseload is established, expect to spend 80-85% of your week traveling within your assigned territory, meeting with injured workers and co-attending medical appointments. The rest of your time goes toward documentation, care coordination, and provider communication.

What You'll Bring

  • Active New Mexico RN license
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
  • Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively
