We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, lead the nursing team on your shift, and make a real difference in the daily lives of the people we serve. What You'll Do

  • Assess residents and develop individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly

  • Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and skilled procedures

  • Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs on your shift

  • Communicate with residents, families, and attending physicians

  • Document care accurately in the electronic health record

  • Participate in care planning, MDS, and quality improvement activities

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice

  • Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
