This role will be conducted remotely, allowing flexibility while fostering a strong connection with patients through virtual platforms. The work setting includes collaboration with a team of mental health experts, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to coordinate care comprehensively. • Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's mental health status, considering their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Create, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and aligned with the patients' treatment goals.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress and engage in collaborative discussions with colleagues about treatment outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families, ensuring they are informed about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality and obtaining informed consent prior to treatment.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, track patient progress, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health issues. These challenges may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma responses, and adjustment issues. Our practice emphasizes understanding each patient's story to provide empathetic and individualized care that fosters meaningful recovery and growth.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably in a clinical or school setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities, with a solid understanding of evidence-based interventions and treatment planning.

• Experience working in a school environment or with children and adolescents is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary care teams and collaborative treatment approaches.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
