Classic Mind Mental and Counseling Services is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team. This role allows you to work remotely while being part of a supportive team focused on patient-centered care. Our clinic environment is collaborative and utilizes state-of-the-art technology to streamline processes and enhance patient interactions. You will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, specializing in methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing prevalent mental health issues and fostering community.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, supporting patients during mental health emergencies with timely and effective solutions.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and the various therapeutic options available to them, including community resources.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings to uphold the quality of care we deliver.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and staying abreast of advancements in mental health therapy.

Our patient population includes individuals facing a multitude of mental health challenges, ranging from young adults grappling with anxiety to older adults managing chronic mental illness. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW) in California.
• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to assess mental health issues comprehensively and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy services to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity for empathetic listening and support.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on integrated patient care.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and tools to enhance virtual patient engagement.
• Background in crisis intervention and emergency response is highly beneficial.
• Involvement in community outreach programs or psychoeducational initiatives.
