Job Description:
Financial Systems Support Manager
Location: Doral, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Manager, Financial Systems Support is responsible for supporting the Oracle EBS R12.2 application and other financial systems. The manager will work with local administrators and other teams. The ideal candidate will have functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 and experience supporting EBS Financials modules at a global level.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents daily with a third-party support provider, ensuring timely resolution within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement. Analyze recurring incidents and address them through problem management.
• Manage change requests (CR) daily to ensure timely solutions. This includes reviewing proposed implementations, impact analysis, and back-out plans for all change requests, and presenting CRs to the Change Review Board (CRB).
• Communicate with brand representatives to address incidents or change requests and hold meetings for prioritization.
• Manage Service Requests (SRs) in Oracle and escalate as needed, ensuring the team receives timely responses from Oracle.
• Identify recurring incidents through root cause analysis and suggest proactive remediation tasks to reduce recurrence.
• Assist in implementing new functionality or tools that provide value to the business, ensuring a smooth transition to the support team.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications or a similar field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials in both technical and functional areas across modules GL, AP, AR, PO, FA, and CE is required. Experience supporting a global setup, multi-currency, and a fast-paced environment is also required.
Work Conditions
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety or health hazard potential. This position is classified as in-office and requires employees to work from a designated office in South Florida. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
Physical Demands
Candidates must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods.
