This role is entirely remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs during initial virtual consultations, establishing trust and rapport from the outset.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to suit individual client needs during virtual sessions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review therapeutic goals, provide encouragement, and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
• Document all therapy sessions promptly and accurately, keeping thorough records that comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.

This role primarily involves working with diverse adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. The counselor will focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters healing and personal growth amidst the complexities of remote communication.

• A valid and current license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building strong therapeutic relationships with clients in a virtual setting, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• An empathy-driven approach, exhibiting compassion and understanding towards clients' varied experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and ensure timely documentation.

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Skill in applying various therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our network. Benefits include:
