    The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program specializing in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or MBA).
    • 2+ years of professional work experience in an analytical, data science, or business analytics function.
    • Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
    • Strong programming skills (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hive, etc.).
    • Experience manipulating and extracting business/customer insights from large and complex datasets.
       

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Passion for innovation and customer-first thinking. 
    • Ambitious thinker with a strong curiosity about digital products, data, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and product partners.
    • Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills - must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues.
    • Demonstrated ability to work optimally and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and balance multiple priority assignments simultaneously - must be a self-starter. 
    • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and why they matter to colleagues at all levels and technical abilities.
    • Willingness to learn and master new systems.

    We're looking for a graduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Analytics Manager. Broadly the role may entail some of the below responsibilities:

    • Leverage sophisticated data sources and analytical methods to inform business decisions and practical recommendations.
    • Communicate analytics-based insights and business recommendations to partners.
    • Develop and automate reports/dashboards to inform partners and senior leaders about business performance.
    • Integrate new data sources, AI capabilities, and/or analytical tools to support key business decisions.
