Client: Commonwealth of MA (Executive Office of Education)
Location: Everett, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Thru 6/30/27 (with possibility of extension)
Pay rate: $60-$65/hour
Position Description (Overview):
The Executive Office of Education is seeking Data Analyst to support critical enterprise initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project managers, administrators, architects, and development teams to analyze business needs, improve operational processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills who can effectively bridge business and technical teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes program development series or other technical tools (SAS SQL Business objects) for agency reporting purposes.
  • Duties include: develop reports and cubes according to analyst-defined specifications
  • Assume independent responsibility for specific subject area within the reporting and analysis arena
  • Provide expertise within the warehouse framework
  • Conduct technical training
  • Work the architect and development lead to improve performance and extend functionality
  • Maintain and document operational environment
  • Install and upgrade the application.
