• Conduct virtual counseling sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure client safety and confidentiality.
• Perform comprehensive assessments that accurately capture clients' concerns and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique situations.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering insight and self-awareness while empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals, regularly assessing progress and adjusting treatment methods to enhance their well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to all ethical and legal regulations to ensure compliance and trust.

Your work will involve diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. You will provide individualized support tailored to the varying backgrounds and experiences of clients, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects cultural diversity.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience in providing remote counseling services or a strong willingness to adapt to the teletherapy format.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong connections and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A commitment to cultural competence and inclusive care practices when engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline note-taking and client documentation.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them flexibly based on client needs.
• Participation in ongoing training and workshops related to telehealth best practices and cultural competency.
