• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gather relevant psychological histories and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' mental health progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide culturally sensitive support, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the varying backgrounds, experiences, and needs of each client. • A valid counseling degree, specifically a Master’s in Counseling or an equivalent field, is necessary for this position.
• Current and active LCMHC license in Vermont, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
