  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
  • Establish adoption, engagement, operational, and business value metrics to measure platform success.
  • Lead platform modernization initiatives, lifecycle management, technology simplification, and retirement of legacy capabilities.
  • Manage execution across multiple strategic initiatives while balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, operational stability, and delivery commitments.

Digital Content, Knowledge & AI Platforms:

  • Lead engineering teams responsible for research, content, analytics, market intelligence, and knowledge platforms.
  • Drive modernization of content publishing, entitlement, search, discovery, personalization, and distribution capabilities.
  • Build scalable platforms that provide seamless access to research, insights, analytics, and knowledge across Capital Markets.
  • Deliver AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent search, conversational experiences, recommendations, summarization, and workflow assistance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to shape the long-term strategy for content delivery, discovery, personalization, and user engagement across Capital Markets.
  • Ensure AI-enabled solutions adhere to enterprise governance, model risk, and responsible AI standards.

Front Office Workflow & Client Experience Transformation:

  • Drive modernization of front-office workflows across Research, Markets, Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking.
  • Deliver integrated experiences that combine content, analytics, client intelligence, workflow management, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Automate manual processes through workflow orchestration and intelligent productivity solutions.
  • Lead development of both internal productivity platforms and client-facing digital solutions.
  • Ensure platform capabilities evolve alongside changing business priorities and client needs.

Engineering Leadership:

  • Establish engineering standards focused on quality, resiliency, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including cloud-native architectures, API-first design, event-driven systems, and platform engineering.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through strong talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence, Risk & Controls:

  • Champion Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
  • Establish service-level objectives and operational metrics to ensure platform stability, availability, performance, and resiliency.
  • Lead production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, software quality, release management, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with Citi standards for security, data privacy, resiliency, records management, and regulatory requirements.
