Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project/Program Manager to support FAA certification and compliance activities for regulated maintenance roles in a fast-paced aviation environment. This onsite opportunity in Seattle, WA offers the chance to manage important certification workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and help improve processes that support safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate FAA certificate application workflows for employees in regulated maintenance roles
  • Schedule and organize FAA interviews after applications are submitted
  • Review identity, qualification, and training documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain repairman certificate records and related certification files throughout the lifecycle of each record
  • Track certification tasks from start to finish, ensuring requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Support compliance-related documentation and recordkeeping using tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Excel
  • Communicate clearly with employees and internal partners about requirements, next steps, and status updates
  • Partner with teams supporting aircraft maintenance, training, crew records, and compliance functions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve documentation processes
  • Help support additional certification and compliance tasks as needed
Skills
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Experience supporting FAA certification or other regulated aviation certification processes
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience managing documentation, records, or compliance-based workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and email communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
