What is a virtual auto body shop?

A Virtual Auto Body Shop is an online platform or service that allows customers to get estimates, schedule repairs, and manage their auto body work remotely, often using photos or video of the damage. These shops may offer virtual consultations with technicians, digital repair tracking, and online payment options, making the repair process more convenient and accessible. Some virtual auto body shops also partner with physical locations to handle the actual repairs, while all scheduling and communication are handled online.
