Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician who can efficiently complete high-quality repairs while maintaining strict attention to detail. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet production and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform structural and non-structural body repairs
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
Identify and correct damage, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
Inspect completed work, including dashboard warning lights and final functionality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with parts and management teams to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications
Previous body shop / collision repair experience required
Strong knowledge of repair processes, tools, and safety standards
Ability to perform physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and repair plans
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple jobs at once
