Job description

Part-Time Academic Tutor – bachelor’s degree REQUIRED

Location: Midtown Miami, FL (you must be within 10 miles of our location)

Part-Time, In-Person

$23/hr - Training; $24/hr - post-training

Monday to Friday - Day Time Hours

10-15 hours minimum weekly

Training: 8 AM to 12 PM Monday-Friday

Are you an enthusiastic person that enjoys helping kids learn and succeed?

We are searching for part-time academic tutors that will support students that have unfulfilled academic potential.

Some of our students may have issues with certain academic fields and could have or not have a previous diagnosis like dyslexia or ADHD. We will give paid training in our professional instructional programs. If you have any experience as a teacher or tutor, that is preferred but not required.


What You’ll Do

  • Work one-on-one with students in an in-person setting.
  • Provide individualized academic instruction using our specific programs and methods.
  • Help students build academic skills, confidence, motivation, and independence.
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
  • Learn and consistently apply the instructional techniques provided during training.
  • Observe and communicate student progress.
  • Build positive relationships with students and contribute to their overall success.


Qualifications


Required:

·      A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

·      You must be able to work in person at our Midtown location in Miami.

·      You must have reliable transportation. 

·      You must be available for at least 2 consitent hours Mondays to Fridays.


**PAID TRAINING

 

No prior experience with our instructional programs is required.

We provide paid orientation and training to teach you the specific programs and methods you will use when working with students.

Training Start Date: Monday, August 31, 2026
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Training Duration: Two weeks
Training Pay: $23.00/hour 

Pay after successful completion of training: $24.00/hour
