Job description

Full time availability only.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Overtime may be required if needed.
Anything over 40 hours is overtime.
Job Summary: Set up, operate and maintain vinyl record presses to produce high quality records ensuring proper material distribution, quality control, and making adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance on the press and troubleshoot any malfunctions that may occur. Key responsibilities include machine set up, quality control, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management and documentation. Must have a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills, physical stamina and basic computer skills. Must adhere to safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities: none
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain vinyl record presses to produce high quality records
  • Perform routine maintenance on the press and troubleshoot malfunctions that may occur
  • Assists in all facets of operations and maintenance, including inventory management and documentation
  • Supports QC process and other facets of operations as assigned.
  • Keep work areas clean
  • Take out recycling and empty garbage as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to follow directions
  • Must be able to work alone and with a team
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills, physical stamina and basic computer skills
  • Prior machine operator experience is required

Education and Experience:
Equivalent job history, and 1-3 years' experience in a high paced work environment. Prior machine operator experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of standing. Periods of walking and carrying items. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a manufacturing position and is NOT retail.
Starting pay is $19.00/hr plus the benefits listed below.
