Job Summary
We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. What You'll Do
  • Perform HVAC cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
  • Install and finish interior doors
  • Install vinyl plank flooring throughout units
  • Cut and duplicate keys for residents and staff
  • Insulate pipes and perform winterization tasks
  • Complete drywall repairs and prep surfaces for painting
  • Handle basic plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, and supply lines
  • Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct unit make-ready work between tenants
  • Communicate clearly with property management on job status and supply needs
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family residential or apartment communities
  • Proficiency across multiple trades: HVAC, flooring, carpentry, plumbing, and drywall
  • Ability to work independently and manage a work order queue with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in all resident interactions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions
