Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government,you will be working alongside Governmentcivilians and other Government contractors.You will be supportingthe Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD).


What level Clearance do I need?You must possess an active Secret clearance.


What will I be doing? In this position, you will be part of a team of professional digital media specialists, desktop publishers, and public affairs specialists. You will photograph indoor and outdoor events, take group shots, and photograph portraits for employee photos and passport photos. You will need to quickly edit photos to provide quality shots for printed and electronic communication materials. You will provide videography support and edit videos. You will be using government-provided tools for digital communication activities (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite). In addition, you will:

  • Provide photography and videography support to include editing and technical correction for
    officialpersonnel photos and documentation of OIG activities and events, meetings, retirements, and ceremonies
  • Photographic material may be presented in magazines, books, newspapers, a computer monitor, a touch screen tablet, Web site, CD-ROM, or other visual media platforms
  • Respectfully provide creative direction to varying levels of Government officials, as it pertains to photography and videography
  • Create and edit short videos and upload to internal sites or social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube)
  • Provide audio recording and editing for podcast
  • Maintain photo archive
  • Provide photography support for internal stories and publications
  • Provide studio portraits for passports, profiles, and other internal uses
  • Ensure quality products each time
  • Provide status on deliverables and timelines
  • Handle confidential and classified information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/system
  • Conduct work in the Government provided tools
  • Other duties as assigned


What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet theminimum requirements:

  • 2+ years of Photography and Videography experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Experience photographing events and portraits
  • Videography experience, including editing and using motion graphics
  • Proficient in using Nikon digital cameras
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience uploading visual media to YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Ability to travel to events as needed


The following ispreferred:

  • AS or AA degree. Graphic design preferred. BS / BA is highly desired.
  • Experience using audio equipment including microphones and teleprompters
