Job description

The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Senior Manager of Product Management Tech with Personalization, Recommendations and intelligent discovery experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have thrived and succeeded in hiring and developing teams of 10-15 people and delivering broadly adopted technology products or services in a high growth environment in a Streaming Media or related field. You should be a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence

You should have keen business sense and also have developed a deep understanding of technology. Qualified candidates have experience defining products, mapping requirements to engineering functional specifications, leading large cross functional and cross organizational efforts, and successfully delivering complex products and services at high scale.
