Main responsibilities:
  • Help oversee daily Bakery Department operations, ensuring high standards for quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service

  • Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve customer concerns and special orders

  • Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand

  • Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs

  • Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Abilities:
  • Ability to review sales, labor, and production data to inform departmental planning

  • Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at various skill levels

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments
