Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities Design engaging, high performing digital assets for use on our site, or in digital marketing and social campaigns. Optimize designs for performance and user experience; Learn what works for our customers and evolve your work, and your team's work, leading with your sophisticated sense of typography, layout, image selection, and motion design skills. Create and implement new templates, systems, and design treatments that scale across channels. Retouch, color correct, and digitally modify our in-house fashion editorial imagery to meet the visual merchandising needs of our sales events and seasonal Creative Direction. Create assets for that are on-trend, elevated, and present our brand as a fashion authority. Lead, mentor, and manage Designers and Associate Designers—reviewing work, giving feedback, and supporting their growth. Guide the team through project cycles, helping them prioritize, problem-solve, and create even stronger work. Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications 5+ years of experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce. A hands-on creative with a portfolio that reflects exceptional digital design skills— especially showcasing your typography, use of imagery, motion-design, and retouching abilities. Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite. Figma and motion/video/animation experience is a plus. Comfortable managing a team and giving clear, constructive feedback.
