Metric Engineering is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality, client-facing deliverables and branded materials across both Metric Engineering and Metric Consulting.
This role plays a key part in enhancing how we communicate complex technical information through clear, visually engaging design. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with project teams, marketing, and branding leadership to elevate deliverables such as master plans, reports, and public involvement materials, while maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Deliverables amp; Visual Communication
  • Design and format high-quality client-facing materials including master plans, annual reports, and public outreach documents
  • Translate complex technical content into clear, visually engaging graphics and layouts
  • Ensure all deliverables are polished, professional, and aligned with brand standards
Brand, Marketing amp; Campaign Support
  • Create branded graphics and collateral for presentations, brochures, adverts, recruitment materials, and property signage
  • Develop assets for social media, PR, and integrated marketing campaigns, including print and digital advertising
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring timely and cohesive delivery
  • Maintain consistency across all materials in line with established brand guidelines
Digital, Web amp; Content Design
  • Assist with ongoing digital initiatives for Metric Engineering and Metric Consulting
  • Contribute to email marketing, social content, and digital campaigns
  • Support strong visual hierarchy, usability, and user experience across digital platforms
Design Systems, Templates amp; Innovation
  • Develop and maintain templates for reports, presentations, and marketing materials

Creative Production (Graphics, Images amp; Video)

Collaboration amp; Cross-Functional Support

  • Support multiple service lines with visual communication needs
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required
  • Provide design support to departments beyond marketing, including presentations and internal materials
Adaptability amp; General Support
  • Manage a variety of requests and shifting priorities with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proactively support ad hoc design needs and unexpected projects as they arise
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong experience with layout-heavy documents (reports, plans, presentations)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with digital or web design is an asset
