You Have:
  • Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Your Location:
  • In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
  • Your Location: Lombard, IL
  • Your Projects: Surrounding Area + Lake Geneva (2-3x/wk)
Your Schedule:
  • Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm
Your Manager:
  • John, VP of Ops
  • Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
  • Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
  • Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
  • Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
  • Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
  • Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
  • Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
  • Status updates in Project Management Software at all times.
