Position Overview

J&L Marketing is seeking a highly organized, creative Video Production Manager to lead our visual storytelling efforts. You will collaborate with our Videographer, Video Editor, and the broader marketing team to develop premium, performance-driven video content for digital advertising, social media, OTT/streaming campaigns, corporate branding, and client presentations.

In this hands‑on role, you will oversee the full production lifecycle—concept development, pre‑production planning, on‑site execution, and final delivery—managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating professionally under pressure.

Key Responsibilities Production & Project Management
  • Manage creative video teams and coordinate complex production workflows.
  • Play a hands‑on role during video shoots, managing logistics, directing talent, and participating in shooting.
  • Travel throughout the year for in‑person shoots and on‑location productions.
  • Proactively problem‑solve and produce the highest quality final product within tight deadlines.
Podcast Management & Production
  • Lead end‑to‑end production of the corporate podcast: schedule, coordinate logistics, and ensure high‑quality audio/visual output.
