Job description

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Drone Operator to support operations in Washington, PA. LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY.

THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.


  • Organize and report test results
  • Perform specialized inspections
  • May instruct and supervise others
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

  • Experience with producing 3D models indoor and outdoor, orthomosaics, and scan to BIM.
  • Minimum of UAS Thermography Level I
  • Experience with UAS based areal cinematography, UAS video production, and UAS based light show.
  • Experience in utility inspections, mining, O&G are also a preference.
  • 3-5 years of non- Chinese such as Reigl UAS based LiDAR collection and survey is preferred
  • Current passport is preferred.
  • Experience with operating the Flyability series is preferred.
  • Experience with commercial applications.
  • Ability to hike / traverse within harsh terrain on a regular basis.
  • Ability to carry an average of 40lbs of high tech, fragile equipment.
  • Experience with uploading data in non-LTE environments.
