Shoppable short video is a core growth lever that helps sellers drive discovery, engagement, and conversion through content. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities: Shoppable Short Video GTM & Marketing - Support GTM execution for Seller Shoppable Short Video initiatives, including launches, pilots, and weekly activations - Create and maintain SV-related marketing and communication materials, such as posters, weekly update visuals, and presentation decks - Assist with message framing and visual storytelling to clearly communicate SV value propositions to internal teams and sellers Cross-functional Communication - Support communication and coordination with Category teams to align on SV priorities, timelines, and weekly updates - Help consolidate inputs, feedback, and action items across teams Project Coordination & Execution - Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution - Maintain organized documentation, meeting notes, and weekly progress trackers - Support the PMO in keeping SV projects structured, on track, and well-communicated Performance & Reporting Support - Assist in organizing basic SV performance metrics (e.g., content output, participation, GMV summaries) for weekly reporting - Support recap and post-launch summary materials for internal sharing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or above in marketing, content operations, communications, or related fields - Proven experience in short-form video trends, or shoppable content formats - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills. - Proficient in Excel and data analysis Preferred Qualifications: - Prior e-Commerce experience would be strongly preferred, but not required.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
