Job description

Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Based on its extensive know how, advanced product development standards and substantial experience in operating lottery games, Intralot, Inc. offers custom-made integrated solutions, which ensure maximum efficiency and absolute security.
Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.
Education, Training and Experience
High school diploma; and one (1) year related experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Willingness to learn new methodologies and software applications
Knowledge of networking and data communications
Ability to troubleshoot utilizing documented procedures
Effective communication skills
PC and other peripherals troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of various operating systems
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical support for systems, including the following:
Monitor and troubleshoot telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite)
Verify data integrity across several systems
Assist with Quality Assurance testing of new Lottery terminal software
Generate system reports based on customer, management, or development requests
Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications
Monitor system hardware availability
Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships
Work closely with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment
Follow documented checklists and procedures for all daily work assignments
Assist Call Center Operators with answering incoming calls from stores that require assistance
Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts
Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned

Security Requirements
Submission to, and ability to pass, a thorough pre-employment background check by the required State or District Lottery and Intralot, Inc. is a requirement of employment. A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
