Job description

Paszkiewicz Litigation Services provides litigation services to law firms and businesses throughout the U.S. We are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team in Glen Carbon. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Position Summary:

Video Representatives are responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of depositions and proceedings via videoconference. Comprehensive training will be provided to proficiently navigate various platforms and handle video and audio files. This is a full-time position reporting to the Video Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Executes Paszkiewicz Video Process as trained by the Video Manager.
  • Monitor & record videoconference proceedings and provide general troubleshooting support.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal employees.
  • Efficiently create, process, and deliver video files per Paszkiewicz Video Process. Working with Production and Billing teams to adhere to company procedures.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in alignment with client and company needs.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required by the video team workflow and the Video Manager.
  • Self-starter who is motivated to grow within the company.


Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Possess solid critical thinking, time management skills, and work successfully in a team environment.
  • Computer literacy with a desire for growth in learning diverse software platforms including Microsoft applications.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours on weekdays, when necessary, per client and company needs.
  • Demonstrates unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience working in the legal field, or with video is preferred but not required.
