Purpose of the Job
HH Global is looking for a high-calibre Motion and Digital Designer to play a key role in a new "always-on" creative production engine dedicated to a premier global technology client in the AI space. This role is embedded within a high-performance "Creative Production Hub," where you will support the design and execution of high-quality assets across static and motion channels for multiple markets worldwide
The ideal candidate is a versatile expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about integrating AI tools to drive efficiency and creative innovation. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical execution, ensuring brand consistency while scaling production across diverse digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Production
  • Production and delivery of integrated marketing materials, including digital assets (display ads, social content, email) and motion graphics (animated banners, social video) at scale.
  • Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to the client's global brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling, and aesthetically outstanding visual solutions for a global audience.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to final production, including preparing files for various international outputs and languages.

AI Integration & Innovation
  • Actively utilize and experiment with GenAI tools (e.g., NanoBanana, Imagen, VEO, Midjourney) to enhance creative workflows and production speed.
  • Implement automation processes within design environments like Figma to streamline versioning and localization for multiple markets.
  • Stay current with emerging design technologies and AI-driven trends to continually elevate the quality and efficiency of the team's output.

Collaboration & Project Management
  • Manage individual workloads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure corporate environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh design thinking and technical feasibility insights to the table.
  • Provide constructive feedback and quality control on work produced by team members to maintain the highest production standards.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in an agency or in-house team, ideally serving global tech clients.
  • Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve creative efficiency for static and motion design.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital production, asset optimization, and scaling assets for multilingual campaigns.
