Job description

Location: In Office (no remote work) Full-Time. 9-5pm M-F, Riverton Utah.
Summary:
We're looking for a Graphic Designer / Junior Art Director who lives at the intersection of art, design, and brand storytelling-someone who can execute at a high level while also contributing to the creative vision of a rapidly growing brand. You will be reporting directly to the Creative Director and working side by side with the Marketing Director.
This role goes beyond traditional design. You'll play a key part in shaping how Fore All shows up across e-commerce, marketing, and community touchpoints, helping us scale while maintaining the unique look and feel we're known for.

Responsibilities Include:
Creative & Campaign Design
  • Design and deliver platform-ready advertisements across paid and organic channels
  • Execute and contribute to creative campaigns that elevate the Fore All brand

E-Commerce & Email Marketing
  • Support and design within Shopify, including homepage updates, product pages, and site banners
  • Build and design email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
  • Optimize visual storytelling across the full customer journey

Social Media Content
  • Create and post engaging, on-brand content across social platforms
  • Help evolve our visual presence and storytelling across channels

Website & UX/UI Support
  • Maintain and update website banners and digital assets
  • Support UX/UI design improvements across the web and future digital experiences

Asset Management & Distribution
  • Organize and distribute creative assets (photoshoots, events, video)
  • Ensure seamless delivery of assets to internal teams and partners

Event, Print & Packaging Design
  • Design event signage, flyers, announcements, and custom logos
  • Support packaging design with speed, creativity, and attention to detail

Photo & Video Editing
  • Execute ongoing, photo edits, Email/Text flows, Social Media Content visuals, E-com visuals, and more
  • Assist with video editing and motion graphics. Help create brand catalogs, event look and feel, and work directly under the Creative Director for photoshoots and all events. You will help assist Marketing director with all content and editing creations.

Sales & Marketing Collateral
  • Design sales catalogs, lookbooks, and editorial-style layouts
  • Support wholesale and partnership materials

Qualifications Desired:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred (not required if candidate has equivalent experience)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strong design/brand work (e-commerce is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of design systems, layout, and brand consistency
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with fast-paced execution
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset, you bring ideas, not just execution. Must have a creative mind to drive conversion and upsell growth.

  • Being extremely organized, you will be managing our creative timelines and deliverables.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Adobe Illustrator (required)
  • Adobe Photoshop (required)
