Job Purpose:

Are you a creative professional who's passionate about owning engaging marketing content? This role's for you! 


The Field Marketing Specialist oversees marketing initiatives that connect JX's brands with customers and employees in the field. From coordinating tradeshows and branch merchandise to crafting copy and managing social media engagement, this role ensures that local marketing efforts are cohesive, timely and consistent with JX's mission. The position blends creative content development with hands-on coordination of events, memberships, and field communications.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Honor Commitments:

  • Manage project lists and the marketing inbox to keep tasks on track.
  • Coordinate internal postings on the JX Way employee portal and maintain documentation for campaigns and events.
  • Maintain membership records and coordinate association activities (NADA, MADA, WATDA).
  • Process marketing purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Create Positive Experiences:
  • Plan and execute tradeshows and field events, handling registration, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Select holiday gifts, manage influencer/PR outreach, and coordinate calendar contests such as calendar winners.
  • Draft posts for JX Way, engage with followers on social platforms, and respond to comments.
  • Monitor and manage reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Foster Lifelong Learning:

  • Produce competitor benchmarking reports and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Research hashtags, trends, and best practices to improve social media engagement.
  • Maintain a creative brief template to guide team projects and continuously refine content development processes.

Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:

  • Gather and write copy for anniversaries, advertisements, blogs, email campaigns, and web updates.
  • Direct and develop email content for campaigns across all brands, including list segmentation.
  • Create social media captions and develop video scripts.
  • Coordinate photography and video filming for field events and marketing campaigns.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:

  • Maintain organized documentation for all website updates, campaign reports, QA issues, and content logs.
  • Ensure digital platforms are used effectively and in compliance with branding, licensing, and technical standards.
  • Provide cross-training and peer support in digital publishing tools and content strategy to strengthen team capability.
  • Develop digital advertising campaign plans, including budget allocation, messaging strategy and keyword research for SEO/SEM.
  • Write compelling copy for paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to implement campaigns, ensuring execution aligns with JX branding and performance best practices.
