The Role

The Shared Services team is a trusted strategic partner and enabler thataccelerates delivery and value creationacross the Workplace Platforms, Data, and Digital Experience organization, WI, and Enterprise. As the Director, Strategic Communications & Engagement you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and designinghigh-impact executive presentationsand strategic narratives that bring WPDDX’s mission, strategy, and innovations to life.
  • Translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging communicationstailored for diverse audiences - from associates to executives.
  • Shaping and evolving a consistent WPDDX brand voiceand visual identity across internal and external channels.
  • Supporting key organizational moments(e.g., All Associates Meetings, leadership offsites, product launches) with thoughtful messaging and design.
  • Partnering across WPDDX domains and with senior leaders to amplify the organization’s value propositionthrough compelling storytelling and visual communication.

The Expertise You Have

  • 8–10 years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, thought leadership, or executive engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in communications, marketing, design, or related field a plus.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments - ideally within tech, digital, or product organizations.
