Job description

Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice is hiring a full-time Social Media & Patient Relations Coordinator to work on-site in our dental office. This role combines social media content creation with direct patient interaction and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Capture photos and short videos of daily office activity (staff, doctors, hygienists)

• Request and coordinate patient reviews, testimonials, and video feedback

• Edit and post content across social media platforms

• Maintain and grow the practice’s social media presence

• Follow up with patients after visits to assess satisfaction

• Address patient concerns and help improve patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Social media management experience

• Video editing experience (strong plus)

• Marketing experience (plus)

• Comfortable interacting with patients and staff in a dental office setting
