Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop custom monthly social media content calendars tailored to advisor brand voice and business goals.
  • Coordinate with creative team when necessary for graphic design and video assets.
  • Adapt Summit Sotheby's International Realty's global branding and corporate profiles to each advisor’s personal market presence.
  • Maintain organized workflows, deadlines, approvals and content pipelines across multiple advisor accounts.
Social Media Execution & Content Creation
  • Create, edit and optimize elevated short-form social content using a mix of iPhone footage, advisor-provided assets, listing media, lifestyle photography and video from the in-house visual media team.
  • Develop strong social-first content concepts, including hooks, shot lists, trending formats, voiceover ideas, text overlays, carousel structures and short-form video storylines.
  • Edit video content in tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, and other editing platforms, with attention to pacing, transitions, captions, audio, visual hierarchy and platform best practices.
  • Identify, adapt and execute relevant social media trends in a way that feels aligned with the advisor’s brand, market, audience and luxury real estate positioning.
  • Conduct recurring content capture sessions with advisors, including planning concepts, filming iPhone content, coaching on-camera presence and identifying opportunities for storytelling, education, lifestyle and listing-driven content.
  • Write, edit and refine captions that support advisor brand voice, storytelling, engagement, and clear calls to action.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments as needed on behalf of advisors through white-glove social media support.
Advertising & Boosted Posts
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns (boosted posts and Meta Ads) per agent or listing strategy.
  • Allocate advisor-approved budgets strategically.
  • Track and analyze performance data; provide concise reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current with social platform changes, algorithm shifts and ad policy updates.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the social media team, designers, photographers, videographers and leadership to align marketing timelines.
  • Contribute to content libraries and shared resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Capcut, and photo/video editing tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on tone, clarity and luxury positioning.
