You will combine strong design skills, motion expertise, and storytelling capabilities to deliver visually compelling work that is strategically effective, technically sound, and aligned with brand standards. Working closely with cross-functional creative and marketing partners, you will help shape content experiences while embracing emerging technologies and evolving creative practices.

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content that communicates compelling stories and drives audience engagement.
  • Execute post-production activities including video editing, motion graphics, color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, and final asset delivery.
  • Develop animations, title sequences, branded graphics, transitions, and motion effects that strengthen brand identity and elevate creative execution.
  • Transform static creative assets into dynamic motion experiences while maintaining design excellence and brand consistency.
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Marketing teams, and Content teams from concept development through final execution.
  • Optimize content for multiple platforms, aspect ratios, resolutions, and distribution channels.
  • Maintain organized project files, media assets, and efficient post-production workflows.
  • Support content productions, food shoots, photography sessions, and live streaming events through video capture and production assistance when needed.
  • Assist with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio capture to support high-quality content creation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional creative standards.
  • Stay current on motion design trends, editing techniques, AI-enabled creative tools, and emerging production technologies.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, and video editing within an agency, production studio, or in-house creative environment.
  • An exceptional portfolio and show reel demonstrating advanced motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing, timing, color theory, and visual storytelling.
