Key Heating & Cooling is a local, family owned HVAC company serving the Seacoast of NH, Maine's York County and up into the Lakes Region of NH. We have been in business over 35 years and transitioning to the second generation of family. We specialize in residential heating & cooling installation and service.


We are looking for a dynamic sales & marketing minded person with a passion for content creation and a strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics to ensure the Key Heating & Cooling sales teams stays busy and profitable.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Tracking / Lead Gen:

Booking sales appointments, general follow up, customer relations through the sales process.


Content Creation:
Work the the VP to develop, write, edit, and publish a variety of content - including blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters.


Content Strategy:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals, calendar and target audience.


PPC/SEO and Analytics:
Research and implement SEO & PPC campaigns for best practices to improve content visibility and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content.


Audience Engagement:
Engage with audiences through social media, email, and other channels to build relationships and foster community.


Content Marketing:
Develop and implement content marketing campaigns to promote products or services and attract new customers and increase booked leads.


Data Analysis:
