The Dream Center serves as a resource center focused on disrupting and reversing the cycle of poverty. We take at-risk families on an 18-month pathway out of poverty. We partner with local, state, and federal resources to provide the training and support that produce a clear, permanent pathway from poverty to a life of prosperity, all under one roof.

Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and organized Communications and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility through strategic communication initiatives, engaging social media management, and the successful planning and execution of impactful events. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Craft compelling content, including press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage internal communication channels to foster organizational alignment and information flow.
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms.
  • Actively monitor social media channels, promptly respond to inquiries, and cultivate meaningful audience engagement.
