Position Overview: The position requires the candidate to have a strong skill level in post-production video editing, as well as knowledge in videography (lighting, camera operating). The candidate should be knowledgeable enough to create basic video content and edit it for multimedia purpose. The candidate would be part of a team that shoots and edits different video content that ranges from long form infomercials, studio sets, on site interviews, B-Roll live action shots, as well as many other types of content.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about the production process.
  • Must have a strong understanding and experience of all aspects of production for a wide range of content with video production, post-production editing, and mastering.
  • Must have strong understanding and experience with lighting and camera operating.
  • Strong communication and people skills, ability to interact with people at every level, including building strong partnerships with senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills; Ability to manage well under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Positive and energetic candidate who brings enthusiasm to their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are done on-time.
  • A focus on quality shooting and editing.
  • Create video content with a variety of equipment, edit it, and work with different departments to finalize.
  • Work with various departments to deliver materials for various needs.
  • Review of all final content for quality, and accuracy.
  • Participate in internal content brainstorms and strategy sessions with Company PR leads and creative team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong Experience with Video Production.
  • Experience with Post Production editing programs such as Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects.
  • Experience with lighting for studios, on location, and B-Roll live coverage.
  • Experience with field and studio production a plus.
  • Open mind, willing to learn new strategies.
