Job description

About Bish’s RV & Wayfinder RV:
Bish’s RV is a nationally recognized RV dealership with a mission to help families build memories and experience the joy of the outdoors. Our service brand, RVFix, is here to empower people to get the most of their camping experience by solving problems and fixing repairs faster than anyone in the industry so people can get back to what they love doing most. We're a fast-moving, creative, and collaborative team that believes in having fun while driving results.

Internship Overview:

RVFix is a fast-growing RV service brand helping RV owners get expert help instantly, without the frustration of traditional repair shops. We are looking for a Brand Management Intern to work directly alongside the Assistant Brand Manager and help build the RVFix brand across social, video, email, and digital platforms.

You will be a right-hand teammate involved in real projects that publish and perform in the real world. Every day will look a little different as new campaigns, content, and ideas move from concept to completion.

If you love creating, experimenting, storytelling, and seeing your work go live, this is the role for you!

Key Objectives:

  • Increase RVFix’s brand awareness through consistent, high-quality content
  • Help execute and finish brand projects across social, video, email, and web
  • Expand RVFix’s content output across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Support the Assistant Brand Manager in taking ideas from concept to execution

Responsibilities:

You will help with nearly every part of RVFix’s brand engine, including:

  • Filming and editing short-form and long-form video content
  • Creating graphics and visuals using Canva and other tools
  • Writing captions and creative content for social platforms
  • Uploading and scheduling content across social channels
  • Supporting YouTube channel management and uploads
  • Helping build landing pages and email campaigns
  • Conducting market, competitor, and content research
  • Assisting with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking

You may occasionally be on camera, but much of your work will be behind the scenes making sure content and campaigns are finished and published.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • A creative mindset and an interest in storytelling and brand building
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, project-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
  • Curiosity and hunger to improve your skills
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test

Preferred:

  • Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Google Search Console
  • Interest in RVing, the outdoors, or travel

This role is not a fit if you are slow-moving, disengaged, or uninterested in creative work.

Pay & Credit:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Opportunity for overtime on an as-needed project basis
  • Target Pay: $18 per hour
  • We will work with your college to have this internship count for college credit

Expected Results:

By the end of this internship, you will have:

  • A real portfolio of videos, graphics, and campaigns you helped create
  • Experience managing content across social platforms and YouTube
  • Exposure to analytics, performance tracking, and brand growth strategy
  • Played a measurable role in growing a national RV service brand

Internship Details:

  • Start Date: November 1, 2026
  • End Date: April 30, 2027
  • Location: Meridian, ID (on-site)
  • Compensation: Paid internship (hourly)
  • Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (flexible based on student schedule)
