About the role
Support Aalo's marketing and communications team across social media, messaging, graphic design, and writing. You'll draft posts in company and executive voice, produce visual assets, and write copy that publishes to public channels. Onsite in Austin, TX.
What you'll do
  • Draft, edit, and schedule social content; monitor engagement and surface what's performing
  • Design on-brand graphics: social cards, event promo, slides, one-pagers
  • Support messaging development for announcements and campaigns, drafting variations and refining talking points
  • Write and proofread marketing copy across formats for accuracy and consistency of voice.
  • Maintain the content calendar and asset library; assist with industry research and campaign reporting
  • Analyze analytics to understand and learn from content performance
Required Qualifications
  • Strong writing and editing skills; writing samples available.
  • Proficiency in a design tool (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with social platforms.
  • Attention to detail, deadline management, and quick iteration on feedback
  • Available onsite in Austin, TX for the Fall 2026 term
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior strong, demonstrated competency in managing a social media account and/or writing
  • Interest in energy, policy, deep tech, or AI infrastructure
  • Basic video or motion editing
