Job Title: Video Editing Expert

Job Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required โ€” your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post-production workflows.

Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.

Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.

Evaluate and enhance AI-generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the accuracy of training data and evaluation protocols.

Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.

Stay current on emerging video editing trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.

Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.

Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
